Our Stainless Steel Mesh is 0.8mm thick. It is the weaving process not the thickness that determines the strength of the mesh and Invisi-Gard uses a specially designed weaving machine to guarantee maximum strength and flatness.
Stainless Steel Mesh has a flex which is what makes it so strongth, it actually can absorb impact making it impossible to kick in.
The mesh is attached to the aluminium frame through a patented process. A wedge seperates the two metals. The frame is powder coated to your colour of choice, the mesh is available only in black. The assembly is free of mechanical fixings, screws etc. which ensure no corrosion issues and is powder coated black. Frames are available in a range of colours.
Our Invisig-gard products pass many Australian and Industry Standards tests, including cyclone missile tests. Cyclone Screens are certified to Region D, Cateogry 2.
