Extremely impressed
Hi Suzie, just want to provide some feedback on this work.
To start with Suzie, you were absolutley pleasant to deal with on the phone, some of the companies I contacted had rude and abrudpt people on the other end.
I picked Ezy Fit for a few reasons as listed below:
Service:
- Ability to provide a quote on the weekend. this meant I didn't have to take time off work... big bonus.
- Chris was well presented, he looked professional and dressed the part.
- He had samples on hand which was great, I saw the product and could keep something to show the missus.
- He was thorough and knew his product especially with the Stacker Doors - it reinforces confidence that I'm working with a professional rather than a tradie who needs to consult with the boss.
- The quote supplied was prompt. It came when he said it would I did not have to follow it up.
- I then received a follow up phone call (Suzie) to see how I was going with the quote - unheard of these days.
- Ezy Fit were competitive price wise - the final price was negotiated and turns out that you guys were more competitive than other companies who claimed to offer upfront discounts of 5% on orders exceeding $1000.
- Ezy Fit were able to meet my deadline for installation and I even received calls to confirm the date and time.
Final Installation:
- The installation by Colin was fantastic - He was punctual - showed up sharp at 7:30 as agreed. He even suggested that he could have come earlier if he knew I needed to head off to work.
- He was neat, didn't leave a mess behind.
- The workmanship was excellent.
- The product looks great.
All in all, the professionalism, service, pricing, workmanship & product by Ezy Fit Doors has left us extremely impressed and its been a long time since we've been impressed by a company. Well done.
Rest assured I will be recommending your service to anyone who may need it.

Service ... 10 out of 10
Joel and I are very pleased with our front security door, the installation, colour and style. The service was spot on, 10 out of 10, especially as Joel and I phoned 2 other companies and never got a call back. We were very dissapointed.
However after calling Ezy Fit Doors we got a call back the very next day. The phone service was kind and polite. The man who did the measure and quote was kind, informative and funny. The man who installed the door informed me in advance that he would be arriving at the job early. This was courteous and professional. He was kind, fast working, and informative.
Overall I have nothing to complain about. So thank you for all your hard work, great service, and quality product. We will be contacting you again in the future to upgrade our sliding doors to security sliding doors.

Extremely Happy with Service
I am extremely happy with the service Ezy Fit Doors provided me, they responded immediately to measure and quote (free of charge!) and the doors had to be custom made and installed within a specified timeframe which was no issue for you. The installer took extra time and care to ensure that the fit and alignment was spot on due to my bowed door frame and explained the service and maintenance procedure in depth before leaving.

Great Screens, Wonderful Service
I just had new security screens installed to replace my front door screen, and three hideous old window security screens at the front that made my house look not only really ugly, but as though I lived in a bad area, so it lowered the value of my property.
The new screens I bought from Ezy Fit Doors look wonderful, they have transformed the streetscape of my home, and they're even more secure than the old ones. I asked for the screen with the fire escape on my bedroom window, and it works really easily, so that's a big weight off my mind as well.
The people at Ezy Fit were such a pleasure to deal with, I had a small issue with the fitting of one of the screens, and even though I hate complaining, I mentioned it to Suzie, and she was completely gorgeous, and the problem was fixed within two days. The screens are great, but more importantly to me, the service is wonderful.

Nice, Honest, Easy to Deal With
The doors are fabulous! Being so clean and "see through" they took a little getting used to but they are so strong and let in extra light and I don't know how I did without them!
The samples that the salesman left behind I have passed onto two of the girls in my office... they were impressed with my stories of how efficient and lovely you guys were to deal with right from the first phone call to the finished product. It’s is not very often now days I get the chance to congratulate a company on just being nice, honest, easy to deal with folks... but Congratulations! you were all fabulous!

Absolutely Fantastic Job
I wish to thank you and your husband for the absolutely fantastic job you did in protecting our home.
Your estimating phase was easy. You presented all the options very clearly and we felt safe.
The screens were just right and the difficult screen sliding door was installed to our satisfaction.
The was a glitch with the screen sliding door and your company apologised, explained and came back the next day to rectify.
Now that's what I call service!!

On Time & Helpful
Ezy Fit Doors personnel were on time and helpful during both the quote and fitting. The doors look great especially the decorative front door which really adds to the exterior of the house. I am much happier knowing my house is securer.

Professional & Friendly
I wanted to let you know that I am very impressed with Ezy Fit Doors.
My Invisi-Gard Sliding Doors look amazing and make my house look a thousand times better, as well as providing me with much needed security.
I cannot find fault. The service was prompt, delivery was fast and you guys arrived right on the time I was told which is important to me in my busy life.
The guy who installed my doors was really lovely and happy. Just the whole process from the initial phone call to installation was professional and friendly, great competitive prices and I would reccommend your company to anyone :)

Highly Recommended
I have just had two Sheerguard Aluminium doors fitted by Ezy Fit and are more than pleased with the professionalism of this very good company. From the first contact through tot he fitting of the doors Ezy Fit have done a first class job.

We purchased double security doors from you. This is just an email to let you know how thrilled we are with the doors and put them up in about 3 hours. The service was first class from inquirying about the doors to placing the order, checking the measurements were right and informing of dispatch. I have attached some photo's for you and would be happy to recommend the product to anyone.
P.S. if you are looking for an installer down this way I would be happy to assist. We came to you because it is a two month wait just to get a quote. In less than that time we have doors installed because of you.

I just wanted to say that the service from Ezy Fit Doors was incredible. I was very pleased with the staff's patience, because to be completely honest, I know I can be really impatient sometimes and kept repeating myself or asking the same questions repeatedly. This usually gets me into trouble when I get on people's nerves, but the guys from Ezy Fit Doors took a different approach with me. Sometimes people just rush me to get me out of their hair, but not Ezy Fit Doors. They were very calm, cool, and collective. I was really impressed with how much patience the staff had with me. Even though I asked question after question, you still kept your cool.
First off, I found Ezy Fit Doors online browsing the web. I filled out their quick quote request and I heard back from them within the same day.
They gave me a pretty decent price for my grille doors. The site measure was free and the staff came punctually for both the site measure and actual day for fixing the grille doors.
I was impressed with how efficient they are when they did the job. The whole process took much less time than I expected and they sure know what they were doing.
So before I finish off, I would like to say thank you to Ezy Fit Doors! So remember, they are all good people over at Ezy Fit Doors who will always treat you right!
